Selecting the right Flame-Resistant (FR) workwear ensures field safety and compliance. Here are four essential steps to guide your selection:

1.Identify Job Hazards

Welding: Protection against heat, open flames, and sparks.

Oil & Gas: Protection against hydrocarbon flash fires.

2.Verify Safety Standards

European Standards: Key standards include EN ISO 11612 (heat and flame protection), EN ISO 11611 (welding), and IEC 61482 (arc flash protection).

American Standards: Primary regulations include NFPA 2112 (industrial flash fire protection) and ASTM F1506 (arc flash performance).
